Departure transfer

  • Official check-in time is 1500 hours onwards and check out time is 1200 hours.
  • Early Check-ins or room required before the official time on the day of arrival on a confirmed basis must be pre-blocked. An additional one (1) night room charge will be levied.
  • Checkouts after the official time are on request basis subject to availability and unless contractually agreed, a surcharge of 50% or a full day room rates of contract rate may be imposed.
  • Late check-outs cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
  • Supplement for Full Day Genting Tour SIC: 27 USD per person

Cancellation Policies

  • Free cancellation 15 day(s) before the scheduled date of Travel
  • Cancellations made 15-7 day(s) prior to the date of Travel will incur a 50 % cancellation fee of the total amount
  • Cancellations with in 6 day(s) from the date of Travel will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount
